Estimates we provide are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified, and are subject to revision if the project scope changes or if material costs shift significantly between estimate and contract execution.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
